The conditions for using easy-gogo, the responsibilities of both sides, and what this service does not promise.

Effective date2026-09-21

This page is available in Traditional Chinese and English only. In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to easy-gogo (www.easy-gogo.com) and its customer marketing workspace, operated by Easy Trust Information Co., Ltd. By using the service or creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. A user acting for a company confirms authority to bind that company.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity in your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain both letters and digits; you may also sign in with Google or LINE.

If you sign in only with a social account, we recommend setting a password or linking a second method so that losing access to that social account does not lock you out. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. What the service does — and does not — promise

The service organizes your brand information and provides AI marketing drafts, content scheduling, social publishing, site audits, and a public provider page shown after review.

The following limits follow from the nature of the service and are not temporary restrictions:

  • AI output is a draft. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and always requires your confirmation before publication or use; you remain responsible for what is published.
  • A site audit examines the public structure and readability of a website. The score is the proportion of checks passed — not a search ranking, and not a guarantee that any AI will cite you.
  • Whether a public provider page is indexed by search engines or cited by AI systems is decided by those third parties. We cannot guarantee it, nor guarantee any level of exposure, ranking, or sales.
  • Successful social publishing depends on valid channel authorization and on each platform’s rules and review. Rejections and expired authorization are surfaced in your publishing history.

4. Your content

Brand materials, media, and customer records you upload or enter remain yours or the rights holder’s. You warrant that you may lawfully provide them and are responsible for their legality.

You grant us the rights necessary to store, reproduce, and process that content in order to provide the service. For a provider page you submit and we approve, you additionally authorize us to display it publicly and make it readable by search engines and AI agents. You may edit it or request removal at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • misrepresent your identity or use another party’s brand, trademark, or name;
  • upload text, images, or video you have no right to use, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or reputation;
  • run audits or bulk scans against websites you neither own nor are authorized to test;
  • enter other people’s personal data into the workspace without a lawful basis;
  • circumvent rate limits, review mechanisms, or security controls, or harvest the site’s data interfaces at scale by automated means; or
  • publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory content, or content that violates the policies of the social platforms.

6. Third-party platforms and credentials

Facebook and Instagram connections can use Meta OAuth; LINE and advanced manual connections use tokens you obtain yourself. You must comply with those platforms’ terms and policies. Their outages, policy changes, reviews, and account actions are outside our control.

7. Review, restriction, and termination

Public provider pages are subject to platform review, and non-compliant pages may be rejected or taken down. Where these terms are breached, security is endangered, or there is a risk of illegality, we may restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account, and will explain the reason so far as reasonable.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Fees

This website does not currently charge customers directly and does not process payments on the site. Service scope, enabled features (such as AI), and any fees are governed by the plan or contract agreed separately with Easy Trust or its reseller partners.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, networks, or other events outside reasonable control will be addressed as quickly as practicable.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; responsibility is determined under the individual contract and actual fault. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for operational or legal reasons; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes should first be addressed in good-faith discussion, with jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
